He served honorably with the US Army's Bravo Company
20TH Engineers Task Force 1/12 Chargers stationed in Sadr City, Iraq from 2005-06. He's now
receiving treatment at Fort Bliss Wounded Warrior Transition Unit
and Active Duty with Bravo Company 4th Platoon
in Texas. His wife wanted to be part of his recovery and drove
the family car to El Paso to be at his side. As the price of gas has
risen, hopes to return home with her 7 week old newborn and 2 year old
son dimmed and became a hardship for mom and dad.
The donors below helped make this Independence Day have some special meaning for an
Army Soldier by helping to get his family home while he continues his
recovery so he can come home soon too.
You've been able to monitor their progress on the map
below and Operation Ready Families Program will be working with the family
now that they have arrived home.
Mom wants to thank all of you who made our small part of this effort
possible. PDN wants to acknowledge Aunt Terri who put so much of her heart
and energy into this mission. You are an inspiring lady. God bless
you.
