The voices of Reason
In spite of a series of unexpected
hitches and mishaps, our hardy group was easy to spot. Of all the Anti-War
protesters to arrive in Sacramento, not one un-desecrated
American flag could be found among their ranks. Not so with the
Patriot Defenders Network and their welcomed guests.
It's been a long day with little sleep
the night before. We happened to catch the 11p.m. news on the CBS
affiliate here in Sacramento to find they gave us excellent coverage. The
tape includes the mini- mob that became confrontational to the point where
Bunker Dave went on the offense and the front lines gave no ground to the
aggressive, irreverent and confrontational juvenile delinquents.
The crew at PDN would like to express
it's sincere thanks to local talk show hosts who were responsible for the
supporters we had with us today. With out them, Mark Williams of
KFBK in particular, we'd have been a party of three. |
