Jon graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice from CSU Sacramento. He is often found officiating both youth and amateur adult soccer matches
and was recently selected to to referee at the 2008
Regionals, in Dekalb, IL (U of IL). He has served his community in several volunteer organizations to include PDN and Crimewatch
prior to joining the Army.
His first duty assignment was in
Leavenworth, KS. His unit deployed to Iraq from 2006
to 2008 to serve at the world's largest detention facility,
where his job was rather unconventional. After the
deployment, he returned back to Leavenworth and serves as
the officer-in-charge of an Engineer section, and an
Information Management section.
Once his military obligations are met, he will be completing his law degree at Loyola University in Chicago, IL.
