NYPD offers free transportation and accommodations for those who feel unloved and under-appreciated.

Even their own find their actions absurd!
On that we can agree!

Indymedia: A lot of talented people with way too much time on their hands!  PDN's volunteers may drop in to some of these message boards and pass on our regards from California where they think they have vast support. Chat rooms and these message boards will be available on each of the five networked work stations

I have a hunch several commuters appreciated the police clearing the street. I agree with the cause, but the tactic of "persuasion by annoying the fucking hell out of everyone" is remarkably daft.

I think there's some kind of sick and growing pathology of "if I get arrested and break the law, than I must be more pure and better in my political beliefs and activism". Get off this trip. It's silly at best, and probably going to cause even more people to tune out from what you're advocating.
