Military families receive Legislature's Resolution
Marine Mom
Deborah Johns called into KFBK one night while her son was
serving our nation in Iraq. In tears she asked "Where are
all the yellow ribbons?" PDN's webmaster called Kendall
Tobe, the shows producer, went on the air to answer the
question and spoke with Deborah after the show. Under the
leadership of Keith Anthony's Sactownhall, Townhall.com
and PDN, Yellow Ribbon Day was born.
Deborah was
invited to our next meeting where the project was
officially launched.
While a tribute to all who serve and their families we know
you'd want to put some faces to names you'll hear on the site
often.

Deborah has been so busy supporting all military
families here
we've yet to get caught up with details about her son William.
Aunt Sassy's nephew Bryan serves in Iraq and
we have Aunt Sassy to thank for the Assembly Resolution.
