Looking at that list above, it seems fantastic that
Obama and his democrat party would even consider
destroying this farmland and these Patriotic American

As fantastic as it seems, every single democrat in

for a nationwide education, water and food drive for our

convoy would take off this Spring from Allentown, PA to

the way from participating areas during 'water parties'
hosted by local 9/12 grassroots organizations.
We're seeking volunteers all over the

Unlike some folks who have jumped on the
bandwagon to raise money in the name of our farmers,
PDN, Inc. won't ask our visitors for a dime to advance
this specific project. We will
however point you to the legitimate organizations on the
front lines who deserve your support and have a track record in this long standing and hard fought
water war.
Unfortunately, we have lost most of the skirmishes in
California, thanks to the elected state legislators,
Senators and Congress critters who have sold us out to
the environmental terrorists that have lots of Leftwing
financial resources.
There are two sides to this issue that
do deserve our attention. It's not going to be about
fish or fairy shrimp. Volunteers are digging deep in to
Subsidy Abuses and corruption within state and federal
agriculture and water resource agencies and
commissions.

Last week a
federal

Fresno rejected
Pacific
Legal
Foundation's
constitutional
challenge
to the
federal
government's
devastating
delta smelt
water
restrictions.
Even though
the delta
smelt is a
noncommercial
species that
is found
only in
California,
the court
ruled that
the U.S.
Fish and
Wildlife
Service may
regulate the
smelt under
the Commerce

According to
the court,
in enacting
the
Endangered

"Congress
had a
rational
basis for
believing
that
requiring
federal
agencies to
evaluate the
impacts of
planned
activities
on all
threatened
or
endangered
species,
regardless
of their

the most

Open Letter to Staff Reporter Lisa Krantz
For
what it's worth, there will be some
serious questions of
Collier County Government!!Some may think Californians are
brain dead when it comes to the U.S.
Constitution and patriotism but they
might think again.
Dr.
Michael Newdow may want God out of the
Pledge of Allegiance; he had to lie to
convince the 9th Circuit Supremes but
we and a nation all fought back! We
dealt with the wannabee cop killer, 6th
grade teacher Kory Clift who thought it
cool to burn our flag in front of his
students after 911. He'll never step
foot in a California classroom again!
So, you see
Ms. Krantz, we have a long tradition of
sticking by our friends when the cause
is just. With equal fervor, we challenge
those who would nullify the Bill of
Rights.
The Fifth
Amendment protections for our people "...nor
be deprived of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of law;
nor shall private property be taken for
public use, without just compensation."
Most recently, the question must be put
to Collier County on First Amendment
issues: "for the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and to petition
the Government a redress of grievances."
So Ms.
Krantz, I will share with you my
message to our convoy patriots, for
whom I had the distinct and humble
pleasure of hosting in our city of
Sacramento on Monday:
Dear friends and fellow
soldiers: Dick Bergeron
wrote, "Let's all take a moment
of silence for the farmers in
Florida who will be taking the
brunt of this." This came in the
wake of news from Florida that
Collier County was out as a
rallying site.
Dick, I think we all took a
moment of silence in Sacramento
for a murdered patriot,
correct? Now is not the time
for silence, it is a time to be
heard, loudly, strongly and with
unity.
Let us not forget we have
much work ahead, and several
California issues on the
forefront of this battle. WE
HAVE TWO DOGS IN THIS FIGHT!
Here in
Sacramento, California,
years of environmental
meddling and dictatorial
demands on private property
owners, farmers and ranchers
has been challenged all the
way to the United States
Supreme Court. See: Natomas
land plan is under
attack and Borden Ranch
Partnership v. U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers.
Do not underestimate the
importance of the Border
Ranch case before the
Supreme Court. Pray for a
just verdict,
PUSH for national exposure!
We're here to do whatever we
can to support the
continuation of the Sawgrass
Convoy and the Florida
gathering.
