The Patriot Defenders Network
is grassroots. Your
voluntary Meetup fees or contributions go to support our
web hosting, bandwidth expenses and projects that
volunteers give of their spare time to accomplish.
Please help us keep this
site available to the public while we execute our mission.
Legal Note: PDN, Inc. is
governed by a minimum of five officers and directors on its
Board of Directors and its published bylaws. We are not a
Membership Organization. Where the term member is used, it
is limited to members of our various Meetup.com groups and
unicorporated allied organization's members.
There are two sponsorship levels
for our Meetup groups and projects.
Associate Member: Associate Members get a subscription to our online
newsletter and
access to the Restricted Online Member Forums. The dues
for this class of membership is $15 per quarter. (Remember,
this is billed quarterly)
Restrict my Subscription
Sustaining Member:
Sustaining Members receive all the benefits the Associate
Members receive color Patriot Watch membership ID card, and
access and authoring rights to the online restricted areas. The dues for
this class of membership is $35 per quarter. (Remember,
this is billed quarterly)

Business or Group Sponsorship:
The
Patriot Defenders Network, Inc. is qualified as a charitable
tax exempt organization under IRS codes while our Form 1023
application is pending. We were formally incorporated on May
16, 2007 in California as Nonprofit Public Benefit
Corporation. The Secretary of State Registration number
2997925. Our IRS EIN # 20-0021366
We do anticipate a ruling soon from the IRS
that will convey full 501(C)(3) status upon PDN.
